For some of the problems in this set you may have to evaluate radical expressions. Your calculator may be able to do this, or you can enter expressions like $10^{\frac{1}{3}}$ into WeBWorK as $10^{(1/3)}$ or 10**(1/3). Note the parentheses around the exponent! If the exponent is 1/2 you may use sqrt instead. For example, you can say sqrt(7) for $7^{(1/2)}$ which is the same as sqrt(7).
